Shipping:
You will receive your order approximately 7-10 days after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped via UPS ground or first class mail (depending on package weight).
Refund Policy: General merchandise excluding DVD's must be returned within 10 days for refund. Client pays return shipping fees. No refunds on DVD's. We will replace any DVD that is defective. Call for authorization number to return damaged DVD. If DVD appears damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery and we will ship a replacement DVD immediately".
